24-hour notice is required when canceling or rescheduling any appointments. Missed appointments or no shows will be non refundable. There is a $45 fee for all no show appointments that will be charged within 24 hours after any missed appointment unless other arrangements have been made. and approved in writing. This policy applies to all sessions, engagements and bookings that are not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours including Complimentary Coaching Sessions and Consultation appointments. Any appointments not cancelled within 4 business hours of your appointment time will result in a $25 reschedule fee. Missed or no show package appointments are non refundable.

Refund Policy

There is no refund for individually booked sessions after 48 hours of booking. However, these sessions can be rescheduled within 8 business hours notice. Rescheduling after this time will result in a $25 rescheduling fee. Packaged Coaching sessions do not expire! You may be eligible for a 50 % refund on future or unused appointments if your package is cancelled within 14 days of enrollment. There is no time limit to use sessions included in your packages. You may book your schedule your appointments according to your needs. Please allow 14 days for any refunds to be processed.
